The job of cabinet assembler position was established for the purpose of assembling and installing hardware to complete final kitchen and bath cabinetry. |

Cabinet Assembler Responsibilities: |
- Plan and organize steps of cabinet assembly
- Assemble parts together to complete cabinets
- Keep work station clean and organized
- Pick orders, fulfill orders, stock shelves of needed materials and supplies
- Other basic warehouse duties: such as sweeping, organizing, etc.

Cabinet Assembler Requirements: |
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Basic knowledge of how to use a hammer, drill, pneumatic nail guns
- Detail oriented
- Care about building a quality product and pride in their work
|

Cabinet Assembler Qualifications / Education: |
- Experience in woodworking, cabinetry or construction
- Basic construction knowledge
- Basic reading, writing and math skills
- GED or high school diploma preferred but not required

(Paint Base, Stain Base, Clear Coats) |

Finish Sprayer Responsibilities: |
- Able to evenly or proportionately apply paint, stain or clears to a cabinet part, such as a door, panel, molding, drawer front or frame using a pneumatic spray gun.
- Meet quality standard with assistance from management and uphold integrity of a finished painted or stained product.
- Follow all safety instructions and reports any safety issues.
- Follow filter change out/cleaning procedure

Finish Sprayer Requirements: |
- Able to work with others in a fast paced environment.
- Due to the nature of the job task, employee must stand on their feet for length of shift (with exception of breaks and lunch period).
- Perform work with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of paints, stains and glaze color, (or willing to learn colors).
- Maintain a clean spray booth.
- Change or clean filters in booth as set by filter change out procedure.
- Must be in booth 15 minutes prior to start of shift (to check filters, set up booth prior to start).
- Must maintain and clean spray gun as needed during and prior to leaving at the end of shift.
- Follow company procedures, state and federal laws as pertains to using, handling, storing or disposing of paint related materials.
- Follow and use all required Person Protective Equipment.
- Willing to learn the proper mixing of paint ingredients to achieve desired color.

Finish Sprayer Qualifications / Education: |
- Strong work ethic.
- Excellent judgement.
- Able to communicate and interact in a team environment.
- Previous spraying experience desired, the right candidate can be trained if willing to learn.
- Must be able to see colors in a spectrum (cannot be color blind)
- Willing to assist in other aspects of the finishing department as needed or assigned.

The job of a hander on the sanding line was established for the purpose of achieving a quality finish on wooden kitchen and bath cabinets. |
|
|
Hand Sander Sanding Line Responsibilities: |
- Sand material with sand paper, sanding block pad and/or pneumatic orbital sander.
- Inspect for high quality, consistent finish results.
- Fill defects with wood putty then sand flush by hand as required.
- Removes and defects in the raw material prior to being sent to finishing department.
- Performs work in a productive, diligent, careful and safe manner.
- Complete any special projects or other tasks as required or assigned.
- Keeps work area clean.

Hand Sander Sanding Line Requirements: |
- Regular periods during which physical effort is required, walking, standing, stooping or occasional lifting of cabinet parts such as doors, frames and drawer fronts, some of which may be heavy or awkward.
- Able to work in conditions of temperature variates
- Dusty environment.
- Attention to detail.

Hand Sander Sanding Line Qualifications / Education: |
- Excellent judgement.
- Ability to understand spoken or written English.
- Follow job lists and complete needed material for production.
- Willingness to learn company process/role of position
- High school diploma or equivelent

This position requires the employee to take raw, unfinished cabinet part, using a pneumatic stapler to place appropriate stable into predetermined positions and hang the cabinet part on the overhead conveyor. |

Line Loader Finishing Department Responsibilities: |
- Handle unfinished material in a way not to cause defects in the cabinet parts prior to finishing.
- Follows job assignments in order to load material by size and color.
- Pulls correct pieces from current job list.
- Uses pneumatic stapler to insert staple on cabinet parts.
- Hand parts on overhead conveyor line.
- Perform work in a productive, diligent, careful and safe manner.

Line Loader Finishing Department Requirements: |
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, such as pneumatic stapler
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to read written English.
- Regular periods during which physical effort is required, walking, standing, stooping, bending and lifting of cabinet parts such as doors, frames, shelves and drawer fronts, some of which may be awkward or heavy, weighing over 25 pounds.
